Designing communication that moves society through card media

Adding trading cards to society.Breaking beyond the boundaries of play and collection, cards are continuously evolving into a “small media” that delivers information, sparks dialogue, and drives social change.

A single drop of dialogue, born from this palm-sized media, eventually flows like a great river through society, creating tangible change. We research the history and structures inherent in trading cards, applying them to modern communication.

PlusTC maximizes the potential of this media from two core perspectives: academic “Research” and practical “Design” for society.Our goal is to integrate the unique characteristics of trading cards into society—building new relationships, fostering value creation, and moving the world forward, just a little bit.
